Bacolod city hall workers to get yearend bonus

first_imgThis after Mayor Evelio Leonardiaannounced on Monday that all regular and plantilla casual employees willreceive their yearend bonus. Job order employees, however, will notreceive the yearend bonus since they are not employed by the City Hall.  Leonardia noted the budget for theadditional bonus this year will be sourced out from the savings of the city. According to Leonardia, a total of1,375 personnel will receive P40,000 each, which include the CollectiveNegotiation Agreement Incentive worth P25,000 and Productivity EnhancementIncentive worth P5,000. This will be released not earlier than Dec. 15, themayor said.  While the Servicerecognition Incentive worth P10,000 will be released not earlier than Dec. 20, headded. “As much as I love to, the rules donot allow us,” explained Leonardia, saying that all employees have performedwell as proven by many awards and recognitions the city has receivedthis year.
