Both Murray and Baker Mayfield lit up secondaries in Riley’s offense, though many are doubting if Hurts will be able to do the same.So, Hayes tweeted to remind people that Murray wasn’t a proven passer until he got to Oklahoma.Let’s not forget: Kyler Murray didn’t remotely resemble a thrower when he arrived at OU. He dominated Texas defenses throughout his high school career, both on the ground and in the air.The former Oklahoma star quarterback told ESPN this fall that he thinks he’s the best Texas high school QB ever.Murray later took to Twitter to call out Hayes for what he tweeted about him.“You’re sick,” he tweeted.You’re sick.— Kyler Murray (@TheKylerMurray) January 17, 2019Murray threw for 4,361 yards, 42 touchdowns and seven interceptions during the 2018 season, winning the Heisman Trophy.The former Oklahoma quarterback has since declared for the 2019 NFL Draft, where he’s projected to be a first-round pick.
